Members of the Department of Clinical Sciences practice medicine in a variety of clinical settings and pursue clinical, educational and/or basic research.

This is the department from which future clinical departments will emerge as the COM grows and matures. Faculty in this department also maintain responsibility for developing, integrating, enhancing, and evaluating educational programs for students involved in the basic science and clinical curriculum at the College of Medicine.
