Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare (LBHC) offers the most effective and least restrictive care to those suffering from mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. This care is provided in an optimal environment that promotes Recovery and wellness of the patients.

At Lakeside’s Central Plaza location, the Adult Crisis Stabilization Units provide a total of 57 beds for adults experiencing acute mental health disorders. Intensive chemotherapeutic stabilization is provided along with ongoing medical assessments. Forty-nine short-term residential treatment beds provide longer acute care for those in need of further treatment and stabilization. The 20-bed Children’s Crisis Stabilization Unit is also located at the Central Plaza location. This is an inpatient facility that provides psychiatric services to children who meet Baker Act criteria.

Other services offered at Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare include 56 private psychiatric acute care beds for adults at the Princeton Plaza location, medication clinics, outpatient counseling and case management for both children and adults. Assertive Community Treatment for adults and Orange County’s Central Receiving Center are also located at the Princeton location. Residential treatment is available at LBHC’s program in College Park and consists of a 15-bed group home and 52 supervised apartments.
