Official MD transcripts must be ordered via the MyUCF student portal. The cost for a transcript is $10.00, and they can be sent electronically or via mail. Telephone requests are not accepted. Transcripts cannot be released if the student has a hold due to a financial obligation to the university.
You have the option of uploading additional attachments (such as completed licensure forms or enrollment verification letters) to your transcript. Accompanying documents must be completed by the M.D. Registrar prior to requesting a transcript through the MyUCF portal. Requests for the completion of additional documents should be emailed to COMRegistrar@ucf.edu. You may also mail requests the College of Medicine Registrar’s Office, 6850 Lake Nona Blvd., Orlando, FL 32827-7408, or drop off the request and forms in person at Suite 115 on the Health Sciences Campus at Lake Nona.
Unofficial transcripts are provided by the M.D. Registrar’s Office at no cost, and must be requested in via email using the Transcript Request Form. Unofficial transcript requests must include the student’s signature, full name, and the name and complete address of the person(s) or organizations to which transcripts are to be sent. Requests require two (2) business days to process. Unofficial transcripts can be emailed or picked up in the Student Affairs office. Transcripts requested for pick up that are not claimed within 30 days of printing will be discarded and must be reordered.
Please note that the UCF Registrar’s Office on the main campus cannot process transcripts for the M.D. Program. The UCF College of Medicine Registrar’s Office is unable to process UCF undergraduate or graduate transcript requests.
