Purpose: To establish a committee that allows physician learners across the UCF/HCA Florida Healthcare GME Consortium to share information with each other relevant to their programs and their learning and working environment. All residents and fellows will have the opportunity to raise any concerns to this committee. Said committee will be known as the Resident Advisory Committee (RAC).
The Resident Advisory Council (RAC) represent the interests of all residents and fellows to the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC). Council members are comprised of UCF/HCA Florida Healthcare GME Consortium residents or fellows from various specialties.
Resident Advisory Committee Meetings
Each site holds a local resident forum meeting, and a consortium-wide resident forum conference call is held periodically. While peer-selected residents regularly participate in these meetings, all residents are encouraged and allowed to bring up issues. Please contact your local GMEC resident members, the Consortium GMEC resident members, or your GME Director to find out the resident forum meeting times.
Contact the Graduate Medical Education office or any of our representatives for additional details.
