The Peer Academic Coaching (PAC) program is designed to offer students peer to peer coaching in areas in which they would like to become stronger. The PAC program utilizes highly talented matriculating students looking to inspire and support peers through the clerkships, modules, and transitions, throughout medical school.
Students are not limited to just one peer academic coach and often find the one-on-one coaching to be the extra step they need to understand the material. Additionally, SASS will work with PAC’s interested in providing transition sessions for current students moving between modules. We intend the transition sessions successfully help students adapt their learning styles to meet the requirements of the module.
