A school in the UCF College of Medicine, the Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences is committed to advancing our understanding of human disease and developing innovative methods of treatment.
The Burnett School scientists are engaged in research on the world’s most prevalent and serious health problems, including cancer, cardiovascular, molecular microbiology, neurodegenerative, and immunity & pathogenesis diseases.
The Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences building is located adjacent to the UCF College of Medicine at Lake Nona to encourage and facilitate close collaboration on medical research and education.
