Advance tickets to hear Sisaundra Lewis, a fan favorite with her powerhouse voice on NBC’s The Voice, are still available. And for just $10, you’ll be supporting a great cause while you enjoy great music.
The College of Medicine will host “Jazz On A Green” November 15 on the Tavistock Green at the Health Sciences Campus at Lake Nona. The outdoor concert, presented by CFE Federal Credit Union, will raise scholarship funds for UCF medical students and the YMCA Scholarship Fund.
The event begins at 5 p.m. and tickets will be $15 at the door. You can purchase advance tickets online at http://jazzonagreen.com/. Opening the show will be UCF’s Flying Horse Big Band. Lewis is the headline performer.
Food trucks will be at the event, so you can purchase a variety of dishes, including Greek and barbeque. Or bring your own food and drink. Seating is first come-first served. Don’t forget to bring a blanket or a lawn chair. Hope to see you there.
