- Burnett School College of Medicine UCF Health
We’re inundated with advice on what to eat for optimum health, weight loss and disease prevention. And much of that information is contradictory, confusing or flat-out wrong.
However scientific research has shown what foods are best in promoting good health. And on September 23, Dr. Christopher Smith, UCF Health’s board certified specialist in family and integrative medicine, will present “What To Eat” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at UCF Health’s location in Medical City — 9975 Tavistock Lakes Blvd., Orlando, FL 32827.
Dr. Smith cares for patients at the medical school’s practice and also serves as assistant professor of medicine. As an integrative medicine specialist, he incorporates scientifically-based therapies like nutritional supplements and acupuncture into his care.
UCF Health’s second location, which opened in March, is located at the intersection of Narcoossee Road and Tavistock Lakes Boulevard, south of Lake Nona High School and Valencia College. We are in the blue glass building across from the Eagle Creek Subdivision.
Dr. Smith’s presentation is free but space is limited & reservations are required. Please RSVP at bit.ly/UCFHealthEat.
