Mission: As a national organization working to dismantle racism in medicine and promote the heath, well-being, and self-determinization of black and indigenous people, and other people of color at the College of Medicine. WC4BL’S mission is to provide support to underrepresented minority students, address the needs of underserved communities and help increase the number of clinically excellent, culturally competent, and socially conscious physicians.
