Any and all fundraising hosted at the College of Medicine or on behalf of a COM entity must be approved through the UCF College of Medicine Office of Development. In partnership with the Office of Students Affairs, Fundraising Guidelines (PDF) have been created for all M.D. Student Organizations. Before you plan your fundraiser, please review these guidelines, and submit your proposed fundraiser details to the Office of Student Affairs for review no later than two (2) weeks prior to the proposed fundraiser date. Until written approval is received, please do not solicit contributions for your fundraiser or use the name “UCF College of Medicine” or any University or College logo for any fundraising purposes.

The University Brand & Style Guide provides compliance guidelines for all internal and external M.D. Student Organization events occurring at the medical school. Interest groups will be asked to follow the branding guidelines when creating flyers, PowerPoints, and other marketing materials representing the College of Medicine and University. For more information about branding and styling standards, visit our template links listed below.
