Welcome to Association of Women Surgeons
Mission
To encourage and support women interested in surgical specialties. AWS interested in surgical specialty. AWS coordinates networking events, shadowing opportunities, suture clinics, and/or (operating room) etiquette and etiquette classes. AWS also hosts panels of classes, surgical residents, surgeons and M3-M4 surgical residents, surgeons and M3-M4 students.
