Allison Pirpich, Director of Medical Education Career Services

Allison Pirpich is a career educator who designs programs that meet students where they are and move them forward — with clarity and confidence. She blends strategic thinking with human-centered design to create innovative, student-first initiatives that make a real-world impact.

In her prior position, Allison built the career services office from the ground up, leading a high-impact team and launching programs that supported students from their first year of school. She now leads career education initiatives at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, helping medical students navigate the residency application process and prepare for meaningful careers in healthcare.

With over a decade of experience across institutions including Weill Cornell Medicine, Cornell Tech, and NYU, Allison’s work has been recognized nationally, including a NASPA Excellence Award (Silver) and presentations at NCDA, NASPA, NASPA LEI, Florida ACE, and Florida AHEAD.
