Biography

Paula joined the Health Affairs Legal Department in 2016, where she provides legal support for a variety of functions, including corporate governance and compliance, licensure, self-insurance, and contract review.  She also assists with due diligence and strategic planning for clinical initiatives.

Paula graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University with a B.A. in History and Legal Studies. Previously, she was a registration compliance manager for an Orlando-based timeshare company, and also spent ten years as a commercial litigation paralegal for a large law firm, where she supported the franchise and appellate practice groups.
