The Resident as Teacher (RAT) Program aims to improve the teaching skills of residents, enhancing the educational experience of both residents and medical students throughout their clinical training. The RAT program is designed to fulfill the educational and program requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME). Orientation to Clerkship Modules
As a Resident Teacher, you are required to know of specific policies and learning objectives that are relevant while working with our learners.
