The Office of Administration and Finance, led by the AVP for Finance and Administration and CFO, provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the college’s financial, human resources, facilities, and administrative functions. The office is responsible for budget planning and management, resource allocation, human resources administration, and the stewardship of college facilities and operational resources.
In partnership with college leadership, the office helps align financial and administrative priorities with the college’s education, research, and clinical missions while promoting sound fiscal management, operational effectiveness, accountability, and informed decision-making. The office also supports long-range planning, sustainable financial and administrative strategies, and related functions such as oversight of the Space Planning Committee to help ensure that the college’s physical environment continues to support its evolving needs and priorities.
