Administration and Finance
The Office of Administration and Finance provides strategic oversight of the college’s financial, human resources, and operational functions. The office oversees budget planning and management, supports human resources administration, ensures the availability and stewardship of appropriate facilities, and promotes the effective and responsible use of resources across the college.
Development
The Office of Development is responsible for securing and stewarding philanthropic support to further the mission and vision of the College of Medicine.
Faculty and Academic Affairs
This office is responsible for the curriculum, faculty development and graduate and continuing medical education. The Associate Dean for Faculty and Academic Affairs also serves as an ex-officio member of the M.D. Program Curriculum Committee.
Health Affairs Legal Department
The Health Affairs Legal Department is responsible for the legal relationships with entities that support the college mission.
Planning and Knowledge Management
The Office of Planning and Knowledge Management is responsible for strategic planning; data collection, reporting and analysis; LCME accreditation; program, course, and student performance assessments; creating a knowledge management system; providing curriculum support; classroom support; print and electronic communication; and the health sciences library.
Student Affairs
This office is responsible for the admissions, promotion, student life and welfare, financial assistance and conduct of students in the college. The Associate Dean for Students organizes and coordinates orientations, workshops and other activities that will provide student information that is helpful in making decisions about career and professional development.
Health Information Technology
This Health Information Technology (HIT) Department is responsible for all information technology support and infrastructure within the UCF College of Medicine.
