Biography

Dr. Alejandra David is a board-certified family medicine physician. She is originally from Miami, Florida and received her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Florida in 2013. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia in 2017. She completed her Family Medicine residency training in 2020 at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after which she became faculty (Clinical Assistant Professor) in their department of Family Medicine. She provided direct patient care along with teaching residents and medical students during her time as faculty and continued to develop her passion for medical education. She enjoys all aspects of primary care, particularly acute care and women’s health. She relocated back to Florida to be closer to her family and is now a Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of Internal Medicine at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She enjoys reading, baking/cooking new recipes, traveling, spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and enjoying the outdoors.
