New Building Operations
Please take these steps to get ID badges and parking privileges as volunteer faculty members in our new medical education building.
- Your sponsoring department at the College of Medicine will e-mail you an ID Badge Form and a parking placard. Please complete the top portion of the form with name and vehicle information. E-mail the completed form back to the department with a personal photo in jpeg format.
- When you check into the department on your first day on the Lake Nona campus, you will be given a photo ID and asked to sign the Badge Form to confirm that you have received it. You will also receive a parking placard to use while parked on the Health Sciences Campus.
- You must wear your ID at all times while on campus.
- Please park in reserved visiting faculty spaces on the south side of the building. These spaces are designated with brown marked signs. Additional visiting faculty spaces are reserved on the south end of the main medical education building parking lot, located on the west side of the building. Display the parking placard on your dashboard to avoid ticketing.
