Service for Charles Millican, the ‘Father of UCF’
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, December 13 in the Pegasus Ballroom of the Student Union to honor Charles N. Millican, founding president of the University of Central Florida, who died December 1 at the age of 94.
Former President Millican’s vision and passion transformed 1,227 acres of scrub and bushes into what has become the nation’s second-largest university.
