The goal of the Synergy Scholars Program at Burnett is to build an inclusive and supportive intellectual community that fosters academic excellence and intellectual engagement among outstanding scholars that belong to groups historically minoritized in STEM. The program achieves this goal by providing mentorship, research opportunities, strategies, and career development tools necessary to build a successful career in the Biomedical Sciences.
