First Year Fellows

Richa Purohit, MD

Dr. Richa Purohit was born and raised in India, where she completed medical school and a residency in general surgery. After relocating to the United States, she completed Internal Medicine training at MedStar Health in Baltimore. Her multidisciplinary background provides a unique foundation for her interest in rheumatology, particularly in musculoskeletal ultrasound and procedural skills. Dr. Purohit is also passionate about clinical research, with a growing focus on the use of artificial intelligence to improve diagnostic precision and patient care in rheumatology. Outside of medicine, she enjoys dancing, cooking, travelling and exploring new cuisines with her family.

Sriya Reddy, MD

Dr. Sriya Reddy grew up in San Jose, California and Hyderabad, India. She earned her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in India and completed her Internal Medicine residency at UCF/HCA COM Orlando. She is passionate about medical education and creating engaging teaching curriculums. Dr. Reddy is dedicated to fostering a clinical environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively engaged in their care. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new restaurants with her husband.

Second Year Fellows

Ivy Daley, MD

Dr. Ivy Daley was born and raised in Rockport, MA a small beach town outside of Boston, MA. She obtained her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. She has developed an interest in medical education and patient advocacy for underserved populations. During her residency she developed a lecture series pertaining to cultural competency and addressing bias, which led to her being inducted into the hospitals DEI committee and was named resident of the year in her PGY-3 year. She is a fitness enthusiast and spends her free time exploring local attractions, especially paddleboarding and taking in the Florida wildlife. She has a special interest in the role of fitness and diet in Rheumatologic diseases.

David Delgado MD, PharmD

Dr. David Delgado is from Manhattan, NYC. Dr. Delgado holds dual doctorate degrees from NSU-College of Pharmacy and AUA-College of Medicine. His interests are in community clinic work with a focus on MSKUS and rheumatologic pharmacology. His patient-centered approach is informed by his extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medical treatments. Beyond medicine, Dr. Delgado finds fulfillment in the company of his beloved adopted pups, Buddy & Champ, and cherishes time spent with his families in New York and Florida. An avid fan of Yankees baseball and WWE, he brings a personal touch to his diverse interests and engagement in our healthcare community.
