Internal Medicine Residency Program

Our program is sponsored by the University of Central Florida College of Medicine/HCA GME Consortium. The University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM) is located in Lake Nona, the site of Orlando’s developing Medical City near the international airport. Medical City contains the College of Medicine, the new Orlando VA Medical Center buildings, Nemours Children’s Hospital and several research institutes including the University of Florida Center for Aging. Healthcare Corporation of America’s Osceola Regional Medical Center is a large tertiary care hospital located 14 miles southwest of Lake Nona in Kissimmee, and is a major medical care provider in Osceola County, Florida. Osceola Regional documents over 87,000 Emergency visits annually, and 18,000+ annual admissions.
Our program is dedicated to meeting the health care needs of the communities we serve. We are committed to providing a dynamic, engaging education offering exposure to a wide array of clinical and research opportunities. Our program offers a balance of proven traditional approaches and innovation woven throughout. We are dedicated to training outstanding physicians in an academic and collegial environment that features cutting edge medicine, exciting scholarly opportunities, and patient diversity.
