Goals
The overall mission of this program is to produce physicians that:
- Are clinically competent in the field of rheumatology,
- Are capable of working in a variety of settings, and
- Possess habits of life-long learning to build upon their knowledge, skills and professionalism.
- Are capable of teaching the principles of clinical rheumatology to primary care physicians and medical house officers, and
- Have the option to acquire a clinical or basic investigative experience in preparation for a career in independent scientific research.
