Biography

I currently teach Human Anatomy, Honors Human Anatomy, Physiology of Reproduction, Graduate Clinical Oriented Anatomy, Exercise Physiology Anatomy, Laboratory Virtual Simulations in Physiology, Study Abroad: Icons of Neuroscience and Historical Contributions to Anatomy, guest lecture in Medical Careers Overview, and co-coordinate Human Physiology Labs.

My research is focused on the effects of Human-Elephant Conflict on male elephant behavior and physiology, as well as better understanding how elephants utilize natural resources. You can read all about my research at www.wildliferesearch.org. For past research, I investigated endocrine and physiological factors contributing to acyclicity in female elephants and allostatic load.
