The Strategy and Performance Management unit is strategically positioned to help the organization increase the efficiency and uptime of systems, deliver solutions timely, and improve operational workflows through monitoring, analysis, and reporting performance metrics.  Additionally, all service lines within HealthIT are provided with performance management and planning services to help streamline processes and standards, coordinate resource efforts, and improve the effectiveness of communications.

This group coordinates project management activities for HealthIT, engaging with organizational stakeholders to establish open communication channels, document scopes of work, develop structured processes, and ensure deliverables as well as timelines are realized.  Governance oversight is achieved through the adoption of change management processes, also facilitated by this unit.
