HealthIT Highlights

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Beginning February 2022, All faculty and staff will begin mandatory enrollment for Microsoft O365 MFA, which provides another layer of protection for Outlook, OneDrive and other critical applications.

Email Encryption

Beginning July 2021, ZIX Email Encryption will be retired, where the College of Medicine and affiliated groups will be leveraging Microsoft Office built-in encryption tools. For guidance on how to use the new tools, please click the link below.
