Tell Us About Yourself: I was born in Burma, now known as Myanmar, and moved to the United States as a child. After spending a few years in Brooklyn, New York, my family relocated to Lakeland, Florida, where I grew up. I completed my education throughout Florida, earning my undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida before attending medical school in Bradenton. I am now excited to be serving as the Quality Improvement Chief Resident at the Orlando VA Medical Center. Outside of medicine, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting and a variety of racquet sports, with tennis being my favorite.
