Tell Us About Yourself: I was born in Kuwait to a Moroccan and American family and was raised in Orlando, Florida. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida before attending Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale. I chose UCF for residency because of its supportive culture, diverse clinical training, and strong commitment to resident education. Serving as Chief Resident has been one of the most rewarding parts of my training, giving me the opportunity to mentor residents while continuing to grow as a physician as I pursue a career in cardiology. Outside of medicine, you’ll usually find me planning my next adventure, exploring a new coffee shop or local restaurant, spending time in nature, or making memories with family and friends.
