The mission of my team is to seek a new understanding of the triggers and mediators for substance use behaviors, the equity in health and healthcare for diverse populations, and other public health problems. In addition, we are working to develop new methods and tailor existing methods for drug development. The team has expertise in many scientific areas including Bayesian statistics, developmental psychology, educational measurement, mediation analysis, population health, pharmaceutical statistics, racial/ethnic health disparities, statistical computing software development, and survey methodology.
