Students at clinic are there to work. The only students allowed to come to clinic are those scheduled through the volunteer coordinators. All volunteers must show the utmost respect for patients, practitioners, and fellow peers.
The following actions will be taken to handle a problematic volunteer:

- Anyone having issues with other members of the clinic will be brought in for counseling.
- If volunteer is being unprofessional and uncooperative when work is needed to be completed the clinic manager will ask them to leave and they will be scheduled for counseling on professional conduct.
- Multiple problems with behavior will result in a reevaluation of the volunteer and possible dismissal from the program.
