All UCF personnel are able to reset their NID and OID Passwords through the password reset tool at http://mynid.ucf.edu.  The tool requires an email address or phone number to be associated with your account and accessible to enter a verification code.  We recommend that a cell phone number and a personal email address be registered through your My UCF portal at http://my.ucf.edu.

If your password has already expired, please call the main UCF IT Service Desk to assist with a manual reset at 407-823-5117.
