Health IT has recently completed several large initiatives for the college, described in greater detail in the expandable listing below.
Health IT is working with clinical administration, staff, and providers to migrate to a new Electronic Health Records (EHR) system in Fall 2018. The EHR implementation is projected to be approximately 6 months of team effort to analyze/rebuild workflows, establish interface operability with external partners and biomedical devices, migrate current patient data, adequately document procedures and policies, as well as train all users. The project will have two parallel efforts, as UCF Health and Student Health Services have both selected eClinicalWorks as their EHR partner and has initiated project kick-off in May 2018.

The implementation of TXT180 will happen in Summer 2018 and additional information and subscription management will be available at the Health IT Website.
