Each year, AOA National Office makes available funding and awards to medical students and faculty at any medical school with an active AOA chapter. Unless otherwise stated, applicants need not be a member of AOA to apply. These awards recognize accomplishments in scholarship, leadership, professionalism, and service; these qualities are endorsed by AOA as part of accomplishing its overall mission which is to improve care for all.
