The Office of Student Services and Advisement is the primary office for undergraduate academic advisement in the Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences.
The Office of Student Services and Advisement in the Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences empowers students by providing academic advising services and co-curricular learning opportunities that support academic success.
Instructions to submit an override: Print the “Override Form” and fill out completely. Once the form is completed, it may be e-mailed, along with a copy of your course history to verify that pre-requisites have been met, to BSBSAdvising@ucf.edu, or faxed to the front office at 407-823-3095. Please also note that the class(es) you are requesting to be enrolled in MUST be open! You will receive an e-mail if there is a problem with your request.
The Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences has established criteria for students seeking readmission into our majors after disqualification. It is extremely rare for students to obtain college support for readmission, but if a student has done exemplary academic work since being disqualified from UCF, we do have a committee that considers the application. Please see the readmissions criteria below:
If you meet minimum criteria, contact Amanda Colee, Amanda.firstname.lastname@example.org, Director of Student Services & Advising, for an appointment to discuss your application. If you do not meet minimum criteria, you are encouraged to consider other majors before submitting your application through the registrar’s office. UCF rules require that applicants who do not have the support of the college of their intended major must wait a calendar year before submitting another application for readmission.
